Swap to windows first of all, i mean just get yourself a budget of how much you can spend also depending on what it’s for, there’s lots of people on yt that make budget build videos you can copy, guides on how to build, i’m no professional but I’m definitely sure you can build at home, or yk go with a pre build they aren’t a bad option nowadays, also i think you should put something on the walls its very bare, i think your space would benefit from some more decor

If its for creating content or streaming etc then you'll just have to go with as much good stuff as possible 64gb ram alot alot of storage ssd storage if possible possibly if you can get an oled moniter so you can get better color accuracy which helps alot with editing and it looks very good for gpu cpu 4080 super paired with a high core and thread cpu like 7950x3d or a 9950x would be great spend money as per your needs, ram and storage are essential if youre gonna use it primarily for content creation and stay away from amd gpus since they are not good for content creators other than that youre good
