We had a cabana on December 7 2024. Staff and food really was great. However the wonderful 88 degree pool in front of us got shut down due to a drunken woman vomiting in it. But opened back up about 45 minutes later (how was it safe in such a short time!?) Staff admitted this is a daily occurrence but not usually so early (about 2:30 pm). Smoking areas is all along walking path to food and restrooms which was not pleasant at all. Overall I wouldn’t go again. But I also was not impressed with coco cay outside of hideaway.

Thank you for your honest opinion. We are doing a 3 night and they want $77 each, I was going to get tickets however; after seeing your review agree that’s too much.

Thanks for the video. Agree 100% with your review. We were there for the first time in June and also paid $33/pp pre-cruise. Expectation was that there would a big crowd at the swim-up bar and there would be a wait for a drink, but that was not the case, the bartenders were awesome. Party vibe was great, but the area is large enough to escape the music if you wanted a quieter experience. All that being said, I probably wouldn't pay more than $50/pp for the pass.
