$150 Amazon Memory Foam Mattress | Is it any good??

For anyone who buys this. This is supposed to be a cheap mattress meant for specific types of rooms like a guest room or like this dude, a place to nap. DO NOT UNZIP THIS. I don't know WHY it has a zipper but underneath the cover is fiberglass. DO NOT UNZIP THIS. IF it gets dirty, just try cleaning it as best you can or get rid of it. If this is for long term, BUY a more expensive one

I got the 12 inch Zinus about 6 mos ago and I love it.In fact the family loved it so much we bought 2 more (a 10" and another 12"). There's a noticeable difference between the 10 and 12 with the 12 being more comfortable. I can't imagine an 8 inch but that company makes a good affordable product so who knows. If you look to buy one I'd recommend spending 300$ to get the 12 inch version. Theres's a lot more foundation foam to make it hold up longer and there are differences in the thicknesses of the upper foam layers as well which makes them more comfortable IMO.

Watch out for the fiber glass under the mattress cover my dudes! Apparently the zinus is 60% fiberglass and if you read the reviews that had it for a bit and tried to clean the cover or anything you’ll see that they had some reports of lung issues from breathing in the fiber glass or other skin/body irritations from not knowing since it’s literally tons of tiny shards of fiber glass.

Hey Scuba, Thanks for the review, I used your link and bought the 12" King and have to say I really appreciate it. I really cannot believe i got this 12" King mattress shipped for $308. This mattress is well worth more than that. Sleeps awesome, if anyone out there is looking for a new mattress I would highly suggest giving this brand a try, very impressed. I would have never heard about this company if it wasn't for your review. Beard gods were looking out for me. Again thanks man, my back really appreciates it and my wife loves it also. She thought I was full of crap and this thing was going to be junk. I said Scuba don't Bull$HIT, never steered me wrong before.

I don't buy first impressions of a mattress. You have to actually sleep on it, seriously. It's like reviewing a food you've only smelled.
Try sleeping on it for a few days and then tell me how it makes you feel.

I sleep on a love seat bed. I use an additional 4-inch mattress on top of the worthless mattress they usually come with. I just purchased a new love seat and need a new mattress. With this new couch, the seating area of the couch and the back which gets lowered becomes part of the bed. Then another part pulls out for the legs. The cushioning is a little on the stiff side so I am getting one of these 6 inch mattresses to go on top of the bed, which already has a few inches of cushioning. I should sleep like a baby. That thing looks more like a topper than a mattress, and at that price its still cheaper than other toppers out there. SO this IN MY OPINION is a great option for a topper.

Accept the cheap mattresses have a fiberglass fire barrier under the cover. Take a look.

Pocket springs are what makes them superior to traditional mattresses, best night sleep I ever had in my life when I bought one

Nice review I’ve only ever owned cheap spring mattresses I just ordered my first ever memory foam 10 inch queen size bed. I will be sleeping on the floor until I get a frame though lol.
