Man claims to be kicked out of restaurant due to service dog

Some friends of an Iraq vet who claims he was kicked out of a Cedar Park cafe because of his service dog showed up there today to protest.

Asking a disabled person to move to another table away from other customers is segregation. So the restaurant owner still admits to breaking the law.

Even if the restaurant told him to sit somewhere else they cant segregate you because of your service dog its illegal

there was case like this, in Massachusetts last spring it was fricken sickening.

That café will never get my money if they segregate or discriminate against the brave men and women who fought for our country.

I bet the person who tried to kick out this brave veteran and his lovely service dog has no proof at all that Athena was showing aggressive behavior. I fully believe it's simply because of Athena's appearance is why they were told to leave.
