It amazes me that so many people have convinced themselves that a species who is by its nature social, to the degree of needing human contact to be healthy, cannot be happy in a situation where you are guaranteed to be surrounded by a community who shares your goals. We’ve so thoroughly convinced ourselves of the superiority of individualism that it’s actually causing mental illness in people who insist on doing all their socializing over zoom. Living in a monastery is such a healthier lifestyle

It seems amazing. I have a wonderful life in the world (animals and a wonderful partner) but love the ridding part of Christianity and try to everyday 🤍🥹 you are all wonderful. It seems so beautiful and peaceful, despite challenges. It’s all for God 🌼
