this is a good way to turn people Off to your videos. I work at Foxconn i'm glad this out of date mentality doesn't exist there. I came here for the technical education not how to present myself in a 1950's-60's manners of dress code. i think MR. Meyers looks like a villain with his bald head mustache and goatee and black costume but that didn't stop me from trusting his knowledge.maybe we should all stop assuming that the way a person dresses tell you everything about them. as long as your not offensive you should be able to ware whats comfortable. i do agree with the part about the hygiene. i cant focus on work if the guy next to me stinks

Crocs are cool for corporate right? I'm sure they understand that people need to wear comfy shoes while working.

Most employers will provide their employees with uniform so clothing isn't a real problem in the corporate environment.

When you get that good paying tech job you will be able to upgrade that wardrobe :-)

It's OK not to shave but you can keep it need and trim. We all trust more when we feel like someone takes good care of themselves. Rugged is OK but your girlfriend will like need and trim more too :-)

As a 21 year old, do other 21 year olds not know this shit?

I was exited about this "fun" A+ certification video series, compared to much of the material out there this seems like it was going to be a great way to study.

However, whats up with the first thing you talk about being appearance?

Maybe in a corporate environment this is a big deal but you know as well as i do that for every corporate "front of house" job you have to be "clean cut" for there are 10-20 "back of house" jobs that are just as important, pay just as well, and do not require you to shave or be "clean cut" for the most part at all...
These jobs do however still much of the time require, or at least recommend you have at least your A+ ...

What you did here was alienate many young people who intend to study for their A+ and pursue a career in the tech world because you give them a false impression of what the field expects of you.

I am sure you are a wonderful tech and you seem like a really fun guy to be around but I for one would never work for you if you "require" an appearance re-haul on anyone who might have a little different style...
