I previously commented that Emma was deflecting US press questions about tactics and players. I found it really refreshing to hear the questions from press who know her from years past, though this did seem ironic.I hope the US, a country I really enjoyed getting to meet folk in, was listening. I get that a new manager will get asked all sorts of questions, but if you want good responses, see interviews that she did in England before. I wish her and US good luck, but more so when not playing England. Happy Thanksgiving.

Emma the builder, she's determined to build structures for US women soccer including leveraging on technology like it is happening in Chelsea.

i thought it interesting that the AI summary of a zoom call was somethig Emma noted. Using an AI framework to start doing data analytics for project preparation by a coach, her staff plus the analytics group at the US Federation will really fuel development over the next years.

I think Emma a little underestimates the player pool. I think it’s more about the infrastructure that needs to improve to get a solid U23 teams etc…

For the women especially in soccer/football, there are so many players and great female athletes playing unlike Men’s soccer/football player pool which is very very small. Most all the top male athletes in the USA play the other big-3 sports and sometimes even Track-Field takes the better athlete.

I think most of the toxic anti-Trump or Anti-American players are gone now. Rapino was a cancer on the team and many other players did not like her an her anti-girl/women/female stance she’s take on politics and soccer.

I know many of these ladies can think more clearly and realize how much Trump winning saved our great country!
