Agree that ChatGPT is something that can help in coding. My next task is to ask GPT chat to create script that automatically place electric sockets according to the DWG symbols from linked file.

Thank you for the video. I want to follow the steps, but I'm having trouble with the initial phase. The new button is not appearing in Revit for me. I followed the same steps: copied the preflight script, pushbutton, renamed it, and deleted the xaml file. After reloading it in Revit, a pop-up appears asking for confirmation, and subsequently, nothing is appearing under my PyRevit tab. Please help

Niko, thanks for another amazing tutorial, just notice you use note pad ++ to run the python? I thought Revit have to use python shell to run, please have more tutorial about how to set up the environment, appreciated your time!! 🥰

Great video! For some reason when I try to access the PyRevit github with Ask the Code, I get an error like "I apologize for the inconvenience. It seems that I'm unable to retrieve the file structure of the pyRevit repository at the moment, " or something similar. Do you have any idea why?
