Are the insurance Companies being held accountiable. They sure have a lot of Teleivision ADs. Not to mention Social Media.

Hell I was driving or riding yesterday and a woman in a SUV was tailgating me when I was on a motorcycle. Wasn't like I was not going to speed limit because there was a car front of me and I left a good distance between us. It was this careless driving on our part. If anything was to happen there would be no accountability on her end because she was behind a vehicle and for some reason that's declared a shield to some when it comes to accountability

RIP sweet Rex. I hope your family will be brought some peace from the passing of this law. Hopefully people will think twice about the safety of others when they choose dangerous speeds.

There no need for a car to go over the limit period it's time people sue car manufacturers for making these dangerously fast vehicles and the manufacturers who make turbos and superchargers making these cars even more dangerous.
