A look at my urban Every-Day-Carry (EDC) gear I have with me 24/7. As the title suggests, this is my 'Lite Carry' configuration, the bare minimum I take out with me.

My EDC on my body is: wallet, keys, phone, bluetooth headphones, wrist watch/fitnesstracker, knife, flashlight, a cheap lighter, medical grade facemask.
Other items like a powerbank and charging cables, sanitizer, first aid kit and personal items go into a small backpack

I’d ditch the paracord and carabiner. I doubt you ever use those either. Get rid of the medicine since you’re in an urban environment and are surrounded by places that sell that. Bandaids suck. Just carry a strip of leukotape on wax paper and a tiny roll of gauze. Also, there are much lighter flashlights than that and would provide enough light for your purposes
