people underestimate how FPV drones are used and how hard it is

man the avata DEFINITELY stabilises and flies itself 😂

the dji avata is an allright drone, but if you want to pull harder moves, or do 180 degree spins fast you will need to get a homemade fpv drone, luckily you can get the dji o3 air unit to put in one of your existing old fpv drones, and connect the controller and goggles to that, i 100% recomend trying that instad of the avata (im a previus owner that sold it due to it flying like a potato)

Doing FPV acro tricks with DJI Avata, is like taking a limousine and doing donuts in a parking lot. Yes, it can do it, but It's just not built for that.

This is one of the most relatable videos I’ve ever watched

I live in NZ and have a holiday house in the coromandel. It'll be amazing to see the shot!

Personally with the fpv and avata I find landing it in normal or sport mode way easier than manual mode as opposed to a real fpv quad. Food for thought

That's some skilful drone flighting abilities Nicolas! Once you have mastered the S split, I think what could be a good idea is climbing a high point like a pole with a wide shot, and then instead of going around it and nose diving at the other side like an S split, you actually just reach the top and go for a nose dive whilst looking down at the side you were wide shooting and then pulling out of the nose dive right near the ground. Could be a challenge for your next video as well as a useful manoeuvre if you have a cliff side or just a mountain you want to record.

If this video has taught me anything?

It's that the FPV community hates the avata

i manage to fly and do frestyle in span of one month ..the frustration for first week of simulation is huge.. it stress me out .. after 2nd weeks .. i manage to fly it without any crash .. on the fourth week i freestyling with the simulator.. on fifth day in fourth week .. i manage to fly it ..though my hand shaking ..now i try to improve my skills and focusing in cinematic ans video stuff.. not freestyling .. though freestyling is fun during playing time

the avata drone is meant for hobbyists who want a cool fast cinematic camera drone whole reason why the controller and camera is like that and that it has features

as a new zealand resident i really take the views for granted but man, looking through the lens of a drone is absolutely crazy!

What some fpv pilots commenting here need to realize is that not everyone in fpv wants to fly extreme flight or become a pro fpv pilot. I have everything from tiny whoops to 5 inch fpv drones as well as the DJI FPV, Avata, Mavics, Neo, etc. The Avata flies well considering what it is, and the only possible mistake would be not going for the Avata 2 if one wishes to have a prebuilt system. You did a great job!

0:04 . First of all, that a DJI mini 2 se and no, it doesn’t have obstacle avoidance.
