It's horrible what happened to these men. So how did the Dutch report the sinking of this ship at the time? Were there any heirs left of members of the crew that were wondering about this coincidence or did they take it in the whole Pearl Harbor attack, an event that we as Dutch learned to be the most significant reason for the Americans to get involved in the war.
