Following the plant paradox program has my entire family. While not being diabetics, we all do much better without lectins. Thank you Dr. Gundry!

Dr Gundry is the best!! A truly scientific who admits and will to debunk his previous stand if disproved, so knowledgeable and I love his products.

I love this short and concise podcast. I have watched Zoey Podcasts and Levels Podcasts, and I admit that I have been curious, and have wondered if I should try it. Then, I always look at my last labs and find my A1C in the low 5.0-5.1 range and my Fasting Insulin at 2.7. As a Plant Paradox Program Follower, I simply don't need to wear a CGM unless I want to do it for entertainment purposes. Dr Gundry has taught me how to eat and that's all I really needed to learn. Thank you Dr. Gundry!! On the program since 2018.

I have been wearing them for a few years and find tracking average glucose over 14, 30, 90 days useful. Fun to watch during a food restricting fast.

Great video and topic. Glucose is a topic that everyone that cares about their health should be interested in. Great video

My experience correlates with Dr. Gundry's points. I was surprised how much carbs were causing spikes. I've been adjusting my diet, avoiding big meals before bed, and I've seen much improved glucose levels (92 at lunchtime after 6 hours fasting yesterday) in my blood tests. I agree that if not taking insulin, the dietary education can be had without buying these expensive things twice a month.

The challenge for me is - can I stick to the improved diet?

Being able to monitor glucose will further help athletes and bodybuilders maximize their work out times. CGM is a bright future

If Abbott is selling them for $50, they probably cost 50 cents to make. I hope competition brings down cost. I expect big companies like Abbott to supress competition through litigation.

I'd use one if they didn't sell my data and price gouge what should be a flat priced $10 app with perpetual subscriptions.

I can't belive you made this video while I wear CGM to see what is happening in my body (non diabetic)! How can you explain very low levels of sugar (3, 1 mmol/L) one hour after healthy like keto meal (at lunch) AND with using photobiomodulation after meal (IR cap)? I am feeling fine, but my sugar was down for long 30 minutes. Than it went up to 6 mmol/L. Hmm Did I get on ketons for a while? Or I need to see a doctor? (I am healthy 45 year woman) (at least I think I am!)

If CGMs worked on me, they would be great.

I would love a Stelo, but not for type II, that takes insulin. My insurance won't approve because I kept my glucose reading undercontrol.
Is there one for me?

0:44 "pain of poking" ... Pricking your finger with a modern spring loaded lancet is totally totally totally 100% painless, unlike yesterdays sharpened metal lancets. At most it feels like tapping your finger on the table.

I have a Libre 3 CGM and while it's true it lazily makes me focus on shaping the glucose curve with grams of carbs and units of insulin, and not thinking too much about my long term diet, it also is a *really good tool* for a newbie diabetic like me.

If you aren't a diabetic, you don't need one. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Thise 'spikes' don't last long and, therefore won't lead to problems.
