I had an experience with a demon once. Last summer. A dark fog like being came into my family member's room I was staying in and I was reading my bible late that night. I looked down at my bible read it and a started praying out loud "Lord I rebuke this evil in the name of Jesus." It left slowly but I put every ounce of faith I had in Jesus.

A year or so ago I was headed to the gym. The area wasn't the best of areas and there were a lot of homeless people on drugs. I parked my vehicle and there was a homeless man who was clearly on some kind of substance. He was near my vehicle and seem to be in a hallucinate state. I remember talking to God and saying, "Lord, these poor people are possessed." I proceeded to pray for this man, and in my prayer I said, "I rebuke the demon possession over this man, in the name of Jesus Christ I rebuke it." The man's behavior suddenly changed. He proceeded to walk towards the gym and away from my vehicle. I got out of my vehicle and headed towards the entrance of the gym. As I approached the entrance, the homeless man opened the door for me. He was very quiet, looked at me with a smile, and gestured, with his hand to enter. I thanked him and said, "May God be with you, sir." I was blown away and thanked the Lord for His protection.

I want to say that I am over 8 years of sobriety. Jesus Christ broke all chains of bondage and addiction. I come from a very difficult upbringing where I left my house at 12 years old due abuse. I lived in the streets, and went through so much. My grandmother was the one that instilled in me Jesus Christ. He kept me safe from all I endured.

If you put your trust in Jesus Christ he will always have your back no matter what. I have a long testimony but I can stay here to say God put such a shield around me. No weapon formed against me because Jesus Christ had plans. I used to go to places where I felt comfortable and would speak to those in need.
God used me to fill churches with people who very much needed help. All of the glory to his name.

Hello Jarren, this video is such a confirmation for me and so timely! I began a fast just a couple of days ago, and I happen to be in the book of Acts, Chapter 19, in my Bible study. Just yesterday, I read those exact verses you mentioned here in your video about the seven sons of Sceva in Chapter 19: 13 - 16. I've been praying for years over my 30-year-old son, Mathew, who has an intellectual disability and also suffers from psychosis which he takes meds for. However, lately, he's been having angry outbursts with screaming, swearing, stomping, and hitting things. I'm not sure, but I think that maybe he's under some spiritual attack. For some reason, I'm led to fast and pray. I have a prayer closet filled with scripture on the walls, where I pray and intercede for people. I'm very aware of the Armour of God and the power of the Holy Spirit that dwells in me. God has answered many of my prayers and fasting in the past. However, this one for my son remains unanswered. I know He's working behind the scene and I know how to wait for His perfect timing.

I have compromised God's will in my life by focusing too much on earthly desires. I distanced myself from God in the earlier phases of my life. But He never abandoned me. He shows his grace in many aspects of my life. I feel blessed to have his mercy upon me. Now desiring to experience the power and presence of the Holy Spirit within me. I could recall a past experience where I saw a demonically oppressed person. Very traumatic for me, when I left church to go somewhere I saw a pastor deliver a woman from a demon and the woman spoke in a loud voice. That scared me so much that I suddenly got the burden to also want to expel demons.

This past Saturday, I picked up my 16-year-old son Jonah from rehab. He said he had changed and wanted to start over in his life. However, when I was checking him out of rehab, I hugged him, he started trembling excessively. Normally, he will not let me touch him at all, but in the presence of the staff and the doctor he had to, if he was going to keep up the charade, that he had changed…

The Holy Spirit told me that he had not changed. I had believed he was oppressed and not possessed. However, I now think he might be possessed. I believe this demon to be a generational demon, that has plagued the men in my family for millennia. It tried to get me, but I had become a Christian at age 10 and filled with the Holy Spirit. Also, I had learned early to fight demons spiritually by age 12. After bringing Jonah home from rehab, he lasted less than an hour before he ran away and is still at large.

Thank you for this video. I believe this has shown me the way to cast out this demon. I had not considered that fasting in prayer did not apply to me 100% as a Spirit filled Christian, as in Matthew. But I will fast and pray before I cast out this demon, trying to destroy my firstborn son.
