I like how over the years we just discovered new lost media. Like Sonic 3 was released in 1994, which contains the iconic MJ music, then years later we have the Sonic and Knuckles Collection which changed the music for unknown reasons, but before 2020, the 1993 Sonic 3 prototype was found which explains what the original music was going to be before MJ took over.
