Can you envision, or even imagine, a world without conflict or war—a peace-filled, fair, and just environment? This has been the stuff of dreams, fairytales, and fiction. Bumper stickers tell us to “Visualize World Peace,” yet we find it impossible to do so because of our own history. But it is actually scheduled to happen for an entire millennium! For the next two weeks, we will explore this theme of the kingdom age—an era dominated by righteousness, justice, and goodness.

It's SO TRUE that of all the years I've been a Christian, going to Sunday Services and Bible studies, I've never really been taught about the millennial age. It's glossed over, but not really studied.

I dream to someday see Jerusalem and someday be able to attend Calvary Church in Albuquerque NM, I know I will be in Jerusalem someday after Jesus comes back, disabilities being lifted sounds great too, I have disability due to PTSD but I look forward to my daughter telling me everything that is on her mind!!

Also, when he starts mentioning 1000 goats in 1000 men and 1000 talents of silver, and then he asks if it's literal or figurative, the passage doesn't say whether it's literal or figurative. We don't know that somebody didn't give just a ton of silver ore that somebody had, a ridiculous amount of sheep. There's many assumptions being made and so far I have more questions than answers.

I'm enjoying this thoroughly. However, I think he is spoken presumptuously when he says that every time 1000 is mentioned that it is literal. The cattle on 1000 hills belongs to the Lord. What are you saying the cattle on hill numbered 1200 belong to me? Or loving for 1000 generations those who love him for cursing third and fourth generation those who I am. There's so many usages of the word thousand that just been a long period of time. I'll continue to listen.

Well put together, pastor. It is true that the majority of churches do not teach about the thousand years w/o satan, and that is not to give a splinter religion too much credit who knock on doors to preach of the millennium peace, but with the con that one gets it by worshiping under their umbrella. I digress. I am 98% in agreement to this message with a bit of confusion about Michael the Ark Angel. 23:50...If Daniel 12 speaks about Michael the great prince standing up to keep watch over god's people after the great war, then Michael the ark angel can also be Jesus, prince of peace. Curious. 🤨
