This summer during training camp after practice when all the players left, Chris Spielman was still on the field doing something no one paid attention to - but Dan Campbell saw it and he called Chris out for it at that day's media session. He started the presser by telling everyone there how important Chris is to the team, how he helps evaluate talent, leads by example and is the exactly the image the team strives to be. What was Chris doing on the field after practice with no one watching? He was helping the grounds crew repair divots in the grass. He was filling holes. He was telling the grounds crew how important THEY are to the team's success.

This set up was fantastic. The look on Chris's face when he realized he was announcing himself was simply priceless. I applaud whoever came up with the idea in the first place and pulled it off without a hitch.
