JHope was talking formally with IU. Because they met for the first time for iu palette episode then.
Suga was also using formal speech. But he & IU are same age friends so in between of their conversation both were using infomal speech. Which shocked me a lot! Cuz Suga usually uses formal speech with other people even if they are younger than him. But in that episode he was naturally using informal speech. It showed us how close they are..& how we fans don't know soooo many thing about their life (like iu being friends with bts members)
And in this episonde Taehyung using informal speech to IU is also surprising bcz she is older than him and Taehyung still uses formal speech when talking to rm, jin, suga and hobi.

i don't think if you notice this or not, but from 34:53 when they talked about singing a song together, taehyung knew about iu's ear condition. so iu diagnosed Patulous Eustachian Tube Dysfunction since last year. the disorder causes one to hear themselves too loudly, creating discomfort. therefore it's quite difficult to her to sing because she will feel discomfort hearing her own voice too loudly. but im surprised taehyung really knew about her situation, means both really know to each other more than we know. and i guess this is the first time a quest considered about her ear condition
