India votes in favour of Ukraine and Russia against, once more at UN. Here is why

India has yet again voted in favour of Ukraine at the United Nations. India is among the 101 countries who voted in favour of a decision to allow Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky to address world leaders at the high-level General Debate through a video statement at the UN General Assembly. Seven members including Belarus, Cuba, Eritrea, Russia and Syria voted against and there were 19 abstentions. Watch this video for more information.

I don't think there is a need to vote against this proposal as Ukraine president wants to speak virtually at United Nations. So India has made a correct decision. There is no appropriate justification for not allowing it.
