For the silhouette studio you can actually cut everything together, you just have to cut in the "line" section not the "simple" section, you can give different colors to lines and chose the cut settings for each color

Thanks for sharing this, that’s a lot of work to do all these different types of software. I only use Cricut and have been curious about the others, especially Brother. I’m probably going to stick with Cricut after this lol

I have been interested in the Brother ScanNCut. So, I have been watching lots of videos. The process to make stickers is much easier than you made them. The screen on the cutting machine will create the offset for cutting stickers. I am not sure if that is a recent update. But, just thought I would point it out because the Brother ScanNCut can do so much. For me, the deal breaker was the cost of the mats. I am really rough on my mats. So, I decided to go with the Silhouette Cameo 5. Thanks for the comparisons!

Question: I want to cut the Disney Dusty plane skull. but in 30mm size. I want to buy a used silhouette portrait, do you think this machine can do it? I am new in the vinyl-cutting hobby and I have not idea about the capabilities of the machines. I was trying to do it with an exacto knife by hand and it was pretty difficult in that size. I hope you can share some advice. Thanks!

I am currently using my Maker 3 for stickers and I hate that I have so much wastage because of the registration marks. I was looking at the Cameo, but this video makes me think the Sista allows you more space? Which machine allows you to utilise the most space on your sheet?

Hi! I have a cricket air 2 and whenever I try to laminate my stickers over the registration marks it won’t read it. And lately it has been cutting off center.:( is the cricket maker better at reading shiny paper?

I appreciate the video since I am new to all of this and keep looking into sticker cutters. I do have to suggest though, around the two minute mark there is a flashing screen and there was no warning. I have issues with such things that cause migraines and dizziness and this nailed it. Had to shut the video off and come back to watch and comment at another time (fast forwarding past that spot). I’m sure it’s something overlooked, not something many think about, which is understandable, but for a few of us, this is brutal. I know trigger warnings have become overdone, but this is one that could have used one. Having said that, again, appreciate all the info, it was extremely helpful! 💗
