I am having issues adjusting the stiffness of my Blum mechanisms. They seem to be at the "-" mark already and I cannot make them any softer, but the cupboard seems to jump up very fast, almost ripping it out of my hand.

Also, using any kind of screwdriver in the adjustment hole does not work as the gear is very big, so the tip of the screwdriver just spins in the hole creating fine metal filings... Help, please!

Unfortunately, it doesn't show you how to adjust the top board with the top of the cabinet so it's level.
