Air Compressor Regulator and Air Separator Install

Quick tutorial for installing an air compressor regulator and air separator.

You need 400-500 feet of air hose minimum to ensure the air is cool enough so the water can be separated ;-) LOL

just saw your video at the start you said you need 50' of hose between your air compressor and the water filter regulator but at the end of the video looks like you have mounted it on the wall next to the compressor?

It looks like your air separator is installed on the wall right above your air compressor. Is fifty feet of hose running between the two items?

The air needs to cool as much as possible before the seperator. You should have at least 50-100 feet of hose between them

in your video at the beginning you mention inlet and outlet on direction and later after mounting you have it the other direction. was this a mistake or did you change it and are they even capable of changing?

I have the same air filter, have you ever try to clean the inside filter element? I can't remove it to do some washing.

One is the attachment for the back that you didn’t have called??? I have a hole empty on the back of mine and idk what kinda plug to get. Why is the hole there even??? Mine didn’t come with anything to plug it lol.

Why does the air flow go from right to left on theses guys. I got a plasma cutter and the aux hose is to short to reach.

Don't you want to put that between the air pump and tank so you're not getting water into the tank too? Or am I missing something?

didn't you say you needed 50 feet of hose between the compressor and the filter to allow the air to cool? yet you mounted it right behind your compressor??? Either its Okie or you've got 50' of compressor hose coiled up on the floor... Which is Okie as well...

my question is, why do you need a second regulator? All the big units come with another reg.. however your compressor already has one... what is the point of this?
