In America if you use the bathroom in a convenience store without buying anything, you are cursed to be the new cashier (replacing the old one) and cannot leave the store until somebody else repeats the cycle.

What freaks me out a bit is the store clerk watched the bathroom door to make sure he caught him coming out so he could thank him for using the bathroom 😂😂😂

What shocked me, is that he appears to be at his friends house, and his friend is like "Nope cant use my bathroom go somewhere else" lol.

Meanwhile, some American store clerks will want you to buy something before letting you use the bathroom. 😭

Totally understood the American's confusion. In America, most convenience store don't even have a restroom for public to use. We should be thanking them and not them be thanking us.
