I love the colour of that green plaid, it looks like one ink pad & paper that I will be buying. Spring is definitely in the air these past 3 days, I had to take off my outer layer on the bed at night & it went from waking up at 9 am to 15C in my room to waking up at 9 am & 20C in my room so the nights aren't as cold so that the inside temperature drops so low, although last night was cooler again but the sun is rising further south & so the 80 foot tall eucalyptus tree next door is no longer hiding the morning sun from my room thank goodness!! My freesias aren't quite ready to open so I am waiting to see if any open by Saturday which is my birthday but I have a chrysanthemum out in its second flowering from the pot that my daughter gave me for mother's day in mid April so that is nice!! Today I am celebrating Wattle day, horses birthday, education week & best of all my g/daughter's birthday & of course a 21C sunny day. I am wondering what colour they will choose for the upcoming year? I also can't wait to see the new yearly catalogue & how they have designed it plus look at the new things that may be coming our way, or mourning the loss of some favourites. The only downside of dropping out of being a maker - I have to wait until it is too late.

As gnomes are a Northern Scandinavian tradition, I think your white haired gnomes are most fitting. 😊
