So Delores is in a future simulation and William is in a future park simulation (post credit)? Maybe the writers are building "hale" as series final villian? Season 4 is off to a great start!

Rehoboam was used to create a perfectly deterministic world to prevent humanity from destroying itselfs due to some outliers breaking their loops and possibly taking dangerous paths for everyone. Most of them were isolated and still remain in cryo pods.

I wonder how Halores will solve this problem, because all hosts will likely be dead too after a nuclear disaster caused by irresponsible humans. She doesn't want to replace all humans with hosts. So, it makes sense for her to control/fix/eliminate all outliers first to ensure the survival of both hosts and humans. According to Rehoboam she has 50 years before a disaster. Perhaps, outliers are guests/NPCs in Futureworld NY running on their fidelity loops from their cryo pods? MIB says he's a neurodivergent = sort of outlier for hosts?

Alternatively you can dismiss all above and say that the world doesn't follow a deterministic model at all and the disaster outcome is not necessarily pre-determined, Rehoboam could not have prevented/postponed this outcome no matter what, and even could have steered humanity towards the disaster by trying to contol every possible outcome which is not possible.

So many different theories running around n my head, don't know where 2 start!! I will say this .... The Man In Black will turn on Charlotte and become 'good' in the end of the series. Now I'm going back and rewatch Season 1.

I like season 4 so far just hope they hit it out of the Park and you are right they had a plan and at least they executing on the plan unlike starwars, what if Delores brings back FORD somehow

I have seen a behind the scene picture in which Christine was wearing the baby blue costume Delores always wore inside the park. What could that mean?
