Therefore, it is important to make all the necessary repairs such as replacing cracked tiles, repairing torn screens, patching holes in the walls, fixing leaky faucets, and re-caulking tubs, sinks, and showers.
If your roof needs re-shingling, have it done.
If you have old carpeting, replace it with wood, laminate, ceramic, or vinyl click flooring.
Most people don’t want carpets and there are so many reasonable options available these days. Taking that chore off the buyer’s potential “to-do list” just moved you further up on their list of potential homes.
