Did the ATM "eat" your debit card? Don't worry - most GenMega, Hantle/Tranax ATMs come equipped with a card release feature. Just insert a paperclip into the small pinhole near the card reader and it should pop right out. If that doesn't work, try unplugging the ATM and plugging it back in. This can sometimes get the card to release also. If none of the above work, you may need to call your ATM service provider to have a technician pop the top open and get the card out manually.

Something needs to be done to have swipe based ATM cards, partial insert based ATM cards. Removable ATM bank cards, contactless ATM cards and ATM Machines.

Haha customer panicking thinking we were scamming him because his card got stuck in our atm .. didn’t know about the release button until today !! Saved our asses from a Karen lol

How do you remove coins from this slot? The inserted coins are blocking the slot so cards cannot be entered. For a GenMega, the slot is angled backwards at about 20 degrees so gravity keeps the coins firmly in the slot.
