I'm not American; I live in New Zealand, yet to hear this feels like a home coming.

fine song fine voices (as always with doyle) in his europe concert (buehl/germany) he don´t uses the drums and cowboy hat`s. i suppose that he knows that the small european BG community likes more traditional style.... and he is right ! :)  IMO the drums seems to interupt the "rollin`sound" especially of the banjo, (that fact i don´t like)  and demolish the fine rythm and back-up work of mando & guitar, but it´s not new in BG history, remember Jim&Jesse`s " nashville sound in the
anyway, he is a genius!
the band`s vocals have always been on top!  "gone away" and "how long have i been waiting"  brought me to bluegrass way back when I was  ~10years old in the 90`s as an Austrian boy in a country where hardly no-one had an idea what bluegrass is.
may he play another decade of fine music. all the best doyle!
