It's Because he wasn't used to seeing nice educators, in other episodes Bart's childhood has been seen in kindergarten and home, he was smart and creative but always mistreated and put him down until he didn't try to make an effort into his creativity anymore, that's why he felt weird when he saw a teacher who was being nice and appreciating kids work

That hit so close to home. I have adhd and while I’m an overachieving perfectionist like Lisa, I greatly relate to Bart. His behaviour has always been a sign of undiagnosed ADHD and he doesn’t know how to react when a teacher actually tries to help him.

as a kid with adhd, hes definitely got a neurological condition. I dont know why i do stuff. I misbehave. All it needed was an actual assessment for autism and Adhd and i found coping mechanisms!

Although I know how the episode ends and why Bart is acting like this, I would have preferred if the reason Bart was acting like this was because he misses Ms. K. They could have had and emotional moment at the end, helping us to connect with the teacher too

Well...to be fair, Bart never got attention and as much love/affection as his other siblings, which probably created that persona that needs to do crazy pranks and stuff to get the admiration, acceptance and attention he craves and needs.

Edit: he also don't know how react to someone showing genuine interest to know him, kindness, caring, understanding and what he is doing when he isn't pranking or acting baf

This episode I thought was okay. This is the Recap, but before this episode, Mrs. Peyton, or Rayshelle Peyton and her husband Darryl worked in Ghana for two years, where she was a teacher and Darryl was an oboist. After Darryl got a new job in the Springfield orchestra, they moved to Springfield, and she became a teacher in Springfield Elementary School.
In the episode, Ms. Peyton had been hired as a new teacher after many other teachers who replaced Krabappel and became a permanent teacher.
In the episode, after Rayshelle was hired, Bart had recognized her, and tried to keep it to himself. Meanwhile, Lisa tries to keep a pet octopus named Molly from others after it “died in a sea documentary by a shark.”
As we see, the thing Bart threw out of a window was a model building for 1 of the 7 wonders of the world, and surprisingly, Bart had the assignment done, but after hearing Milhouse have the exact thing as Bart, the rage fit happened. Back home again, Lisa put Molly into the fish tank and locked it, but she disappeared. She goes after her again. Later that day, Ms. Peyton discusses Homer and Marge why Bart is unable to control in the class, and she tried her every intervention. At Bart's room where he is redoing his homework after destroying it, Homer discusses Bart that he has a crush on her. He then revealed that he had met a new teacher. In his flashback, while Lisa was doing her documentary, Bart found that a rich kid left a sand bucket from Paradiso del Mare. He goes to the hotel's pool, and he jumps with a belly flop which he failed to swim because of eating too many ice cream sundaes. (Okay, what part of that makes since, Matt?) A beautiful Rayshelle sees Bart is drowning and she then dives in to save him from drowning. She saved Bart, but however, instead of being grateful, he got embarrassed and said: “Why did you do that? I was fine. I'm an amazing swimmer.” He then ran off from her. The flashback ends and he feels awful and thinks she is going to hate him. Homer to be honest and advise him. In the kitchen, Molly keeps messing around and it's not safe in the house and Lisa takes her to school.
The next day, Bart feels safe without any more weirdness, but after Darryl enters the room and kisses Rayshelle Bart loses at, and somehow destroys a water fountain. In the gym, Seven Wonders of the World presentation day arrived. Bart tells Homer that he was right, and Bart has a crush on her. Lisa was about to take Molly home after school. The assembly started. However, Bart cannot take any longer of this. He then took her jar and tried screams causing Molly to be free from it. Molly jumped into his face, and he switched to bleachers to retreats causing everyone to fall. The balls start throwing into people and destroying all projects. Lisa pulls Molly out of his face and puts it back into a jar, but the damage is done, and the assembly ends abruptly. Ms. Peyton was about to give up, but Skinner suggested switching to another class. Other teachers do not because Bart did.
The next day, Bart enters the class and apologizes to Ms. Peyton for ruining it. He has one more thing to tell the truth and put water into his head and wear swimming goggles. She was shocked that he was “angry drowning boy” while she was in the hotel. He then asks to want to pack her up, but she decided to stay and continue teaching. He tells her about Krabappel to always control of him, but he realized that it's too late for him. At the end of the episode, he writes on the blackboard.

Post Credits: In the beach, as the closing credits rolled in, Lisa frees Molly out of the jar. She left Lisa behind, but a shark again tries to eat Molly, because of that she threw it in the air to save Molly from her fate. Database (The Guy with the red glasses, and green shirt) took a photo which Lisa annoys him.
