DCS: AH-64D | Radar Map Mode

In this DCS: AH-64D video, we’re back to the Fire Control Radar, or FCR. We’re going to go over the Radar Map, or RMAP, mode. Like the FCR GTM mode we discussed earlier, we can still use the FCR to detect and classify ground targets and low-flying aircraft, but we’ll also be able to generate a radar-image of the terrain to provide target reference and situational awareness.

The Apache looks so much complex to me now. I got lost on these systems tutorials way back. I kind of just fly the bird around these days. I must equally say lots of credit to ED for such a detailed virtual representation of the AH-64D.

9:00 why does the hellfire cross into the video feed from the side of the frame? I'd expect it to come from the top, because the sensor, shooter and missile are all almost in line. Certainly not half a kilometer laterally displaced.
