The first few red flags I look out for are:
1. If he isn’t being a gentleman, letting me go through first, pulling the chair for me or letting me order first
2. If everything is about the other person and I am not being asked any questions especially if the answers seem superficial
3. If the person keeps talking about sex or anything sexual the whole time
4. Someone who keeps bringing up their ex or other women in the conversation
5. Tardiness with no valid excuse
6. When someone is constantly on their phone or looking at other people instead of giving me their attention.

My name is Thatohatsi and I would say that the few red flags I look for on a first date would firstly be that do they talk about themselves the whole time, secondly would be on the lookout for whether they bring up the topic of sex on the first date, do they also disregard your concern about comfortability on certain topics and mostly about your safety as a whole. Is there a theme where they speak harshly or poorly about other people? The last one I would look for is do they make you feel bad when you try and ask reasonable questions.

The first red flags I look for on a first date is definitely someone who is extremely touchy (in a sexual way) or who uses a lot of sexual innuendos - it becomes pretty clear what they are actually looking for and i want no part in that [also says a lot about what they think of me ☹️] so, “thank you, next” as soon as it happens 😂
