After Tennessee Republicans expel Rep. Justin Jones, vote to expel Rep. Gloria Johnson fails; debate

I knew this would become a black/white issue. The lady should have been suspended to. Maybe ask the person that voted no on why they voted you out but not her. You did wrong just like the Capital riot was wrong. What you did could have created a bad scenario? You knew the rules but you broke them. Don't holler because I was black they did this. While I disagree with his actions, it seems that most of the people in this comment section don't realize that the provision for disruption in the Tennessee state constitution is to be censured, not expelled from the body. The expulsion was completely uncalled for and was definitely politicly motivated and also likely racially motivated, due to the fact that Gloria Johnson was kept in the body (an old white woman) while Justin Jones and Justin Pearson (two young, black men) were expelled from the body.

This is not even talking about how the last two expulsions were done to people with felony convictions, namely Robert Fisher (Bribery), Katrina Robinson (Misuse of funds), and David Byrd (Sexual misconduct) This was all AFTER they were convicted

I'm glad I'm glad for it because I can't receive information from males who have not effectively combated the violence, the crime, that occurs within their demographic of people.

I complained to the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division! I was able to do that even though I am a 70 year old white woman in Mississippi. So you don’t have to be in Tennessee. Just Google the Division and you can condemn the expulsion too!

This country should split. One side “republicans”wants to stay out of the peoples life and use logic, like criminals will not obey gun laws and gun laws or any other laws that restrict the people will only effect law abiding citizens. The other side “dems” wants big government and have the government run every one’s life and have laws on top of laws that control nearly every aspect of the people. I believe this country should split into 2 different nations. Idk how it will work out for the left but thats their way of life. The right “along with me” will build a wall around our section of the country and live our lives under God and won’t have to deal with things like homosexuality being pushed in our public schools, the murder of unborn children, weak borders that let deadly drugs, sex trafficking, and open us to all kind of disasters.
