Ukraine uses U.S.-made long-range missiles in Russia attack

For the first time, Ukraine has used U.S.-made long-range missiles to attack targets in Russia, according to two U.S. officials, while Russian President Vladimir Putin lowered the threshold for use of Russian nuclear weapons. NBC News' Keir Simmons reports.
