Lot of work but a lot of character for sure. Love the fun bathroom. That first 'bedroom' looks more like a cedar closet. No window, so I wouldn't want to use it as a bedroom. Makes you wonder which of the mobsters lived in it.

Wow vintage = potential. What a cool home. Almost expect Dan Tanna to drive up in his vintage T-Bird. Bar has a foot rail ! Belly up to the bar. Great bones in this home. If that home could talk. Great to let your imagination and creativity run amuck. The new homes are great but the builders make most of the choices. I remember Wood Paneling for sure a retro trip. Phone in baby I'm the telephone man...tell me where you want it and I'll put it where I can....laughs. Big lot, big Patio, big pool, with the Glass Bricks ! Going into retro overload. The entire place is amazing. Riding Lawnmower....lol....cut almost an acre at my home place growing up with push mower. Yes...I'd get rid of the step at rear of RV area. Dave got his exercise on this one. That master bedroom closet is freakin unreal ! The house fools a person. Looks smaller from outside but is huge. No phone in bath BUT a couple of times I could have used one. Great video David.

The library isn’t a room—no window. A lot of the house is an 80’s addition. (Rear family room with newer master above.) bathrooms and kitchen were updated in the 80’s. The staircase railing isn’t to code. These things should be disclosed at time of sale.

Not my style, mid century meets 80’s glam. This house needs way too much work, but it could be right for someone just not me.
