I Woke up this morning 6/18/24 with this song on my heart had to look it up to find it and learn it… remember when the children of Israel went around the walls of Jericho?
they submissively/obediently worshiped before the walls came down. What a beautiful thing, imagine how ridiculous they must’ve looked to their enemies, going to fight a battle by just walking and worshiping at the beginning. God is in control! Let us worship him for it & through it.

One of my son's struggled with addiction. He was clean for almost 10 months. He ended up making the mistake of taking extra Gabapentin to cop a buzz while in Community Corrections. He was on Methadone for relapse prevention and the mixture of too much Gabapentin with the normal amount caused him to overdose and pass away at 28. During his incarceration, he renewed his relationship with God, and I daydreamed of him one day singing worship music since he was such a talented musician. This song brought me comfort. Now I imagine him singing this at the Kings throne.

I cry out today because I lost my baby at 20 weeks and have not much support but I know you make all things great. You showed to love no matter the difference in a person or life. I never had my father around but my prayer as a child as I cried I remember I said you are my father and will always be there for me.

Sometimes I need to remind myself of my purpose. I get caught up in the daily stresses of life that they blind me and make me think that they are my purpose. However, in the end, the stress I feel is meaningless and the things I put so much time in worrying will exact to nothing. I will not care about nor remember even half my worries even within a week, let alone a life time. I was made to do more than be anxious about things that won't matter to me when this world is dead. My purpose on this Earth is to Honor and glorify God and I refuse to let pointless worries hold me back. I pray God will continue to help me fight my Anxiety and will teach me to make trusting him an unbreakable habit.
