The doing isn't hard. The challenge is getting views and standing out in the field already saturated with the same content providers. Not saying it can't be done. I think it's more a matter of picking the right niche.

I love this concept BUT all footage from NFL games, is under an official copywrite to NFL Films on behalf of the NFL to include game footage taken in any stadium; from the sidelines, in the crowd, the water boy, your phone - it doesn’t matter. So there is always a chance of copywrite infringement and possible financial liability.

If we are getting really technical, once someone publishes any piece of content it becomes intellectual property. At that point the only person legally entitled to change anything about the content is the original creator, or give permission to another party to change their creation. The only time it would technical be okay would be if you are adding any of the 4 fair use exceptions.
Though copywrite and intellectual property are different thing you will always run the risk of infringement in one or the other so proceed with caution and do your research beforehand.
