🇭🇲 This was a wonderful treat, and I loved your entrance (from the side of the video Claire) to add to the suspense

of what you were about to share with us all; and what a beautiful part of Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Ewloe Castle is in! Fascinating (to say the least) and steeped in history, as you said. I enjoyed listening to all you said, and seeing all you showed us; and what a wonderful time you must have all had while visiting your family in Wales.

While it may not have been TUDOR history, it was historical AND so very interesting. As well as being so beautiful.

Bob travelled extensively throughout Wales by car (a car that he had hired in London) as he followed his own family history, where some of his family did come from, all over Wales, as well. This being the trip that he did in 2016. So I have seen many of his wonderful photographs as well. With him saying how very friendly and helpful the people of Wales were to him (a stranger) especially as he wasn't the usual tourist (as far off the tourist route) with the 'locals' often wondering why he was in their area. With him explaining about his family research. They then taking him 'under their wings' and offering him many tips on 'this and that' and how to find out where he might check and where he might stay etc.

This video reminded me of all of that, as well as being so very interesting.

When I saw the word mystery in the title I thought this video may have a spooky October theme 🎃
