Hello Guys!

Please read.

I want to try out something new. Here is my project I started. This thing is absolutely huge and due to the size, I want to make something special like Interior design, and of course with lights.
Additionally to that I thought about making the flaps with servo, a door which I can open and close, and maybe also the Cargo doors.

I'm NOT sure if it will work, but let's find it out!!

This project will take me a lot of time, and so I decided to upload more videos, where you can see the progress of it. :)

I hope you like my idea with the project.

Martin

Looks really impressive. You really should consider making a small diorama of plane boarding!

I just recently finished a 1/72 Lufthansa 737-200 also from BPK, They weren’t the smoothest fit but I enjoyed it, good luck on yours and I hope to see the build video soon!

I have this kit, and beginning the build process, I noticed that BPK had damaged one of the fuselage sections in the mould, and it looks to me they have recast it, one side is thicker plastic than the other fuselage section, thee was a slight step in mating the sections together, but nothing that milliput can sort out, also the passenger window frames don't seem to lay flush to the fuselage so a bit of scrapping back on the plastic underneath should allow a better fit. It has loads of detail, and room to potentially add more detail especially in the wheel bay.
This kit I think is for more of the advanced modeller as it's no Tamiya quality as fit goes, there are also no locating pins so plastic tabs are a must especially on the body, and sometimes the instructions can be confusing, anyway I have not found anything that is a major issue with kit fingers crossed

So the indention for the windows - looks like a huge clear piece goes there. What's the reasoning behind that? Seems like it will make it difficult to paint around the windows, no?
