The thing I actually find sad about the entertainment industry is that it doesn't matter if you really have a good character but you have to be good at pretending to have one. Since we all don't know what goes on behind the scenes, it's really hard to say which idols/ celebrities really have a good character and which ones have a bad attitude. If they feel bad or hurting and can't cover up their emotions well they are often called ''bitchy'' ''lazy'' or ''disrespectful''. But yeah, being good at acting and pretending is part of the job. Having a good personality not so much. We have a family member who is a director and the same goes for the acting industry. Realistically speaking it's probably half/half. Some are genuinely cool people while the other half is not so great. And for all the people saying: "but the staff members said they are soo nice...." People who work in this industry and want to keep working there have to keep their mouths shut or only can say positive stuff or they are out. Nobody wants a

In Korea people bow as a sign of respect, especially between people they don't know or work colleagues.

Bowing to seniors is a big deal in Korea. In defence of Sunghoon, the studio was too small for him to give a full extension of bowing. Given his height and the number of people in the tight space, I can see why he bowed his head instead of his entire body. He probably wanted to avoid accidentally hitting guests.
