Love the idea, to me it shows both: the imagination of a child and in particulary the imagination of a disabled child.

I am just wondering why a disabled child is by herself? Am I missing someplace in the world where this is normal?

I like the story, the main character, the style and nearly everything very much.
But here's some critique - helping I hope -: In a daydream (or even a nightdream) you don't have such abrupt changes in themes nor emotions - so some of the transitions lack continuity, e.g. the whole 'boat in stormy sea' piece (related with fear etc.) doesn't fit into the overall happy daydream, and also the waking-up scene after that doesn't fit, because in a daydream you almost never imagine being unconcious. And by the way - I wouldn't go nor sprint over that rope bridge with eyes shut. ;-) (And yes, the door handle looks like sh**, sorry.)
All in all I assume you got really good in your arts making this video (and reading the comments as well ;-) ).

I really like the imagination shown, but the animation needs work.

What I noticed most was the movement of the boat. In the storm scene, it moves like it's on a flat surface, without any of the bobbing side-to-side motion that you get even in calm waters. The same for when it came to shore in the woods.

If the intent was to show that this movement matched the actual terrain she was crossing, it needed a fade/flash/something to the real world to show that. As it is, it looks like sloppy workmanship.

I interpret this film as trying to show us the imagination of a disabled girl so we may gain empathy with her; I guess? But really this felt like more of an exercise in layout and backgrounds as by the end I feel I know virtually nothing about this girl. She's disabled. She has a powerful imagination. Why should I care? I felt no investment. Sorry but those are just my thoughts.

I'm going to talk about the technical part of the video: It's horrible. The textures used are pixelated, the part of the raft with was not achieved, and the model used for the girl running is disgusting.
The 2D animation used at the end of the credits far exceeds all the animation. If it had done all in 2D animation would be an excellent animation.
