My hydro flask top leaked and I went through their warranty for a replacement. The replacement leaks. Never buying hf products again. But they do honor their warranty so there’s that.

What do you do about company's lifetime policy and then they don't make the item anymore. I needed to use the warranty on my s20 plus otterbox and they said they couldn't help they don't make it anymore.

If I see something that says lifetime warranty on it I expect it to last me my entire Dang life.

My narrow-mouth 24-ish-oz hydro from 2013 is still keeping drinks cold. We've also acquired a few through raffles and pro deals and they've been great. I just wish the lids were easier to clean

Its not "free" exactly. Lots of times the cost of shipping and handling is the same as the bottle itself. Jansport backpacks are the same way. And you don't get to choose what they send back, you typically pick a next best color to replace, but the patterns are not what you would ever purchase for yourself

When they replace they replace the bottle do they match it to the dame model regardless of price or do they send you a cheaper model? I know some places like to give you the cheaper replacement for warranties which is annoying.

There are a lot of cheap ways to make vacuum bottles that fail in a couple of years. I treasure my fragile old GLASS lined thermoses, which outperform all new steel ones. Unless you drop them, and need to find a replacement vacuum liner.
