And you will never know every thing and sometimes the less you know can allow you to be more original find out what you like and paint it it’s suppose to be fun that is why I started doing it in the first place more practice less thinking about it and then you get better results and you are the only one who has to be pleased with your work it’s good to learn from others but it’s better to paint more than to think about it more because thinking about it doesn’t get it done. Doing it and not giving up is the process and then you will learn and become familiar with how it works for you happy painting 😊

I live in Jeffreys Bay, South Africa and we love coastal living so painting along with you was very enjoyable, thank you!

Another beautiful result with a limited palette and a couple of "handy" brushes. Nice and fresh. I can smell the sea!

Thank you so much Lois. As a transplanted Demshur Dumpling in USA I was absolutely thrilled to find this. It’s going to enrich my attempts at recreating a little bit of home. I’m so grateful to you.

Watercolor can be difficult at first and unless you’re willing to paint and not care if you make mistakes you will slow your progress down watercolor is actually easier to me than any other medium but it is because I have put enough time in to get better at it and drawing was my first thing that I had to learn but I have been doing it since I was about 12 and I’m 64 years old now 😮

I love the little bit of this and that. Combined make great details. The small rocks with the flat brush were just what a detail I will retain.

Thank you for this content

I’m 45 and I have always wanted to try painting. Last year I dived head first into it and absolutely love it. I love how you explain each part of the painting and why you are doing the particular process for what outcome. It’s very helpful ❤
