If you replayed the new war to show all of these I applaud you it is a very long story and it drained me when it was done so bravo if you did replay it

This is the one that I knew I COULDN'T choose. The Lotus is not Margulis. She was inspired by her, but could never be her. Nor do I think she wanted to be, since she called herself the Lotus (inspired by Margulis's favorite flower) rather than taking on Margulis's name. Choosing this option would have made it feel like imposing our will on her, forcing her to be something she's not, which is what the Lotus has suffered her whole life. I couldn't let that happen to her again. I struggled for a bit between Natah and Lotus - acknowledging who she is versus affirming who she wanted to be - but Margulis was 100% off the table. I'm not saying people who chose Margulis are wrong, just that for me, I couldn't do that.

This would be my choice, because my Tenno would be remembering her as my mother, and because I know that that was her first life

I chose this for a very good reason. The operators are children. Children who have had everything taken away from them. The right to loving parents stolen from them. Both Margulis and Natah seek to comfort the children. So when it boils down to it, I decided to make the decision that was in the best interest of the children. They deserve their mother after everything they’ve been through. Natah would want them to be happy.

I still believe that the lotus is the right choice because the operator or Drifter is telling her who do you want to be and the Lotus is the form that she took when she gained her powers so subconsciously that is who she chose to be

I chose Lotus because she dreamed of being the mother. I did but the Margulis skin though. It still calls her Lotus, so im cool with it.

Felt like after natah and lotus were sort of slaves to certain factions, margulis felt like freedom for her.

In the lore margulis is healing, natah is power, and lotus is balance.
