Nice and clear many thanks. Tip - the tray may not pop out far enough (A14 5g), The ejection pin can be used to pull the tray out a little further.

My A14 USA version has a different orientation for the sim card

I don't have another phone. I put my old sims card in so not to lose my contacts. It also keeps telling me my e-mail is invalid, and my zip code also. I can't figure this out since I've had both for years.

when I put my sim in the middle slot that came up as sim 2 so I changed it to the end slot that is sim 1 but yours seems to be different.
