So. First the parasite controls the snail and make the snail’s protruding eyes look like a horrific moving worm. It then controls the snail to move in where the sun shines and attract the birds. It then reproduces itself by being eaten and turn into waste of the birds, which then become the food for the snail. This is some sci fi alien horror, but 100 percent real and happening over and over again

The scary part is these.parasites can also invade humans and even change their behavior. But because our brains are so huge, we only tend to be a bit more aggressive and neurotic than usual. The parasite usually dies between 1 week to 4 months...
