The SEC has been caught taking bribes from SBF.

FTX has hired numerous ex-SEC/ex-CFTC heads to help them skirt around regulations and set up meetings (bribes) with current SEC officials. One of the key men at FTX worked DIRECTLY with Gary Gensler.

This is how Sam was able to avoid regulators for so long, having a whopping 10 'dinners' with the SEC, just to discuss a singular clearinghouse regulation. If FTX has been bribing the SEC... I wonder who else has been.

However, now that FTX has collapsed it seems the shorts are panicking big time, the CTB is hitting new all time highs, margin requirements are increasing, and AMC is just about to perform a reverse split making it 10x more expensive to short AMC.

It seems pretty obvious that hedgefunds or marketmakers are not paying those 114% costs to borrow. Even when it was less than that the amount of shorting going on would bankrupt any company. They can't be paying those fees and someone needs to find out why

The SEC should be taken over and no bankers, no hedge funds or anyone involved with stock market should be on the committee for the new agency. There is way too much corruption in the stock market and anyone who deals with billions, trillions and quadrillions of monetary units.

We've been waiting for this "reset" in price. We needed the options premiums to drop to load the chain. They can only continue to fail so much. Right now they're trying their best to suppress the reality that "Hodling" is costing them more money than they've ever had to lie about. Some of the most noteworthy even got invested with some random Bahama guy. How strange.🤔

Would it be possible to hold the SEC liable for the damages caused to investors by the FTX disaster? If people invested their funds under the premise it was safe due to being "approved" by the SEC, I believe it could hold up in court.
