The final stretch to Passover is always a little nutty. Hoping this video will provide some inspiration or motivation to tackle some of the things that still may need to be done in your homes. Let's roll up our sleeves and lets get prepping!!

In this video I will be sharing with you how I prepare for Pesach/Passover in our homes. Everyone got involved from big to small. The cars have been cleaned out and vacuumed by my husband. The playroom was tackled by the big kids. The little ones helped clean up their rooms from chametz as well. I will also be taking you along on how I shop for Passover, my shopping list, grocery haul and menu plan. I will show you where and how I store my Passover plates and cookware.

I am Roman Catholic and love your channel. In my 20's & 30's I was invited to Passover many times. Taught myself many dishes to share with my girlfriends family. She didn't enjoy cooking but her mother left her with many amazing recipes. Some of my favorite food memories. 💖

Ahh, cleaning out the stray crumbs that somehow found their way into the kitchen drawers .. I need to do that soon, too. You gave me the inspiration I need, Sonya. I love how it looks afterwards, only wish it could stay that way. I was just telling my husband recently that if I really take a measured count, I'm sure that I must spend half of my awake time every day in the kitchen: either cooking, loading and unloading the dishwasher, sweeping and/or mopping the floor, or performing some kind of kitchen duty. The kitchen is definitely the 💜 of the 🏠

Some of this food we can't eat because of kitnios. I have to make my own goodies as I'm allergic to potato starch and preservatives...I use a very old cookbook to make Pesach cakes and stuff, in the days when the dinosaurs roamed, when people made there own food without mixes. You are so organized Sonya, that's great 😍. My husband helped me switch, thank G-d or by the time I'd have switched I wouldn't have time to cook.

I went into labor with my second daughter on Passover Family Dinner, not a Sedar. I was helping put food on the table and I got such a very strong contraction I went to sit my belly was high, I stood up after dinner and I dropped a lot, Brooke was born 9:30 in the morning!!
