I think global really downplays just how good huo huo is compared to cn. She's basically always the best option in teams with sustain and the energy she gives is not just for your dps but also for all your supports as well. A good example is gachas recent blade showcase where at the end if he used huo huo bronya's ult would've been up for blades final attack,

Huohuo’s energy regen paired with Tingyun basically allows Jingliu to be perma enhanced state. You might feel a little worried with your character’s HP but it gets back up quick whenever your team takes a turn. She completely removes Luocha out of the team comp for me. Its easy to overlook Huohuo’s value when you dont have her

I think ppl rlly underrate how broken Huo Huo’s teamwide energy is. Like, the fact that she can still sustain on top of that is what makes it busted. Like, if your team can afford the sp, or aren’t running into survival issues, she’s basically always the best option.

Huohuo is my goto for Argenti Jingliu and soon Kafka/Black swan, I use lynx for blade and Clara. What's great in hsr is that most characters shine somewhere

As someone who has no interest in the sweaty "optimal composition" side of HSR yet: HuoHuo is just so comfy.
Being able to blast heal for insane amounts, plus healing every turn that also cleanses, plus the energy and attack buffs, she just does basically everything I could ever ask for a support to do.

Lynx is really good. She shines the most with Blade and Clara. Huohuo cleanses every time an ally takes a turn when her talent is active, which is honestly pretty broken, especially against enemies that can freeze you.

I really like her cleanse...and most of the time when an enemy such as Kafka tries something on my HuoHuo, its a mega fail she never gets picked on

Lynx aggro increase is a joke sometimes but yhea good heals and nice cleanse but come on, huo hup is easily THE BEST offensive harmony/sustain, huo huo in some team comps can literally decrease ur ult rotationa by one turn and her healing and insta cleanse is amazing but for a beginner or casual ig lynx or loucha might be more compy.

Huohuo cleanses every teammate's turn. I value that more than her ult.

the thing (i think) about huo2 is that in calculation, honestly shes not that good. its hard to utilize her energy regen to get consistent ult uptime etc, in essence, her ability is not really helping.

what changes, is that probably in fights, you usually get hit, get kills, and other sources of energy, which is also very inconsistent, and almost a lot of time, doesnt changes ult uptime. but with 2 inconsistencies, that is in battle and huo2 ult, it somehow synergizes well, to help one and another, making huo2 and kill energy, somehow "consistent"-ish. So thats why her value is hard to determine, because her value can only be felt if you actually have, and use her.

There is no world in which I wouldn't choose Huohuo over e6 Lynx. I'm so disappointed I didn't get Huohuo. I'd gladly trade Lynx anyday for Huohuo.

I personally feel like HuoHuo wasn't meant to be a full blown healer. But just a buffer with Cleanse. Which is why I prefer FX over her. Plus her Cleanse is kind of bad if you're using units who do damage outside of their turns since the cleanse is delayed so if let's say, a JY got cc'ed right before LL attacks, her cleanse won't trigger until JY reaches the top of the turn order, resetting LL in the process. With FX and a skill point, you can just avoid that situation entirely. So if you're not worried about pure sustaining capability because you can survive long enough to kill enemies + you don't use units with follow ups locked outside their turn, then HuoHuo would be great. Otherwise, other options are probably better.

Huo Huo cleanse is so good that i didn't even realise i got achievements for not being frozen/whatever debuff a boss has 🤭

Huohuo is basically if you put both Bennett and Raiden Shogun from genshin in Honkai and turned them into 1 op character. I think her banner being so bad is the main factor in people so heavily undervaluing her

Huohuo has perma cleanse, aoe blast as well as off field healing, is skill point positive, is a team battery while also buffing.
Shes mostly a victim of timing since luocha, someone with similar healing capabilities, was released first, so the difference is not as transparent
