I go over this in the video, but I wouldn't generally recommend drinking coffee roasted on the same day. CO2 needs time to discharge from coffee beans after roasting in the order of a couple days sometimes up to two or three weeks depending on the coffee. In this case, I'm going to take this Rwanda coffee, roast it on the lighter side, and give it a day 1 taste to make note of its cup qualities. You'd be surprised at how drastically some coffee taste profiles can change from day 1, to day 7, and even up to day 21. Come see how it worked out.
