The food we offer for stage 1 baby food or baby first food :
Fruits: Avocado, Banana, Apple, Pear, Papaya
VEGETABLE: Sweet Potato, Butternut Squash, Carrot, Pumpkin, Potato
CEREALS: Rice Cereal, Barley Cereal, Oatmeal Cereal
How much?
One or two tablespoons of puree for the first week gradually increase as your baby likes it
What consistency?
Runny puree in the first week, Increase to smooth puree on the second week
How often?
Once a day for the first week, Two a day for the second week

Recipe 1 | Avocado Puree
1/2 Avocado
Cut the avocado in half
Scoop with a spoon the Avocado
Slice or dice the Avocado
Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth
Avocado is a perfect first food for babies
They have a creamy texture and good taste
Avocado is easy to prepare & no need to cook
Add breastmilk or formula milk to thin the puree
Please avoid sugar & salt for a baby under 1 year
You can also mix Avocado with Banana

Recipe 2 | Sweet Potato Puree
Peel and Wash the Sweet Potato
Cut the sweet potato into small cubes
Place the Sweet Potato in a steamer basket
Cover and Steam for 15 minutes or until tender
Sweet potato is an excellent first food for baby
They have a sweet and delicious taste
They are high in Vitamin A, C, & beta carotene
Sweet potatoes also good sources of Vit E, calcium, and folate
Transfer the steamed sweet potato to a blender
Blend them until the right consistency
Sweet potato is good for the immune system

If the consistency still thick you can add more the cooking liquid

1 cup of brown rice
Wash and sieve brown rice
Place them in a pan
Roast rice for 5 minutes or until dry
Let them cool down
Transfer them to a blender or food processor
Blend until a fine powder
Store in an airtight food container
Place water & the rice powder in a saucepan
Mix well to avoid any clumps
Cook in low medium flame
Keep stirring
Cook until the mixture is thick
Brown rice cereal is a great first food for baby
Brown rice is a good source of iron, fiber, essential vitamins & minerals
Add breastmilk or formula milk for a creamy texture
Rice cereal can be mixed with other fruit or vegetable to boost the nutrition
